Web Sites have become such an integral part of a business in the 21st century that to succeed without one is almost an impossibility!  But many people and businesses haven’t the time, money or resources (staffing, programmes or knowledge) to enable their business to flourish on this technological plane.  Finding a good web designer is not as simple as signing up with anybody and them in turn producing the perfect web site to your satisfaction and requirements.  It requires time, patience, empathy, input, understanding and creativity by both the client and the contractor.

After many years of both private and public business involvement in varied administrative and management roles, I have consistently found it hard to find companies who can not only listen to what you envisage but also deliver on these.  Hence the birth of Black Widow Web Design & Management.
